2. Damaged Packages
   Photograph any damage and contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Report missing items within 7 days of delivery; include your order number and details so we can resolve it quickly.

10. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns accepted within 30 days (items unused, undamaged, original packaging).
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
• Refunds issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
